FSB HOLDING
GRAPHIC DESIGN | MOTION DESIGN | VIDEO EDITING
As an experienced content specialist and designer, I collaborate with key agencies across the FSB Holding ecosystem—including Loures, Deck, Giusti, FSB Comunicação, and Beon—to develop high-impact visual communication strategies.
Throughout these partnerships, I tackle a wide spectrum of topics, seamlessly transitioning from formal, complex corporate subjects to lighthearted, trend-driven digital content. Leveraging years of design experience, my role is to translate these diverse narratives into bold, performance-driven visual assets that respect each brand's identity while capturing audience attention.
Below, you can explore a selection of social media content designed strictly within established brand guidelines. Featured first in the gallery is a highlight piece developed for Deck, illustrating how strategic design and visual storytelling elevate both serious and casual conversations across digital channels.

To the 2026 edition of the Prêmio Inspira—FSB Holding's recognition program that celebrates and awards top-performing projects—I developed the editing, visual rhythm, and art direction for the Big Numbers video.
Production Process:
The project consisted of transforming dense corporate data into a dynamic and highly engaging narrative for the internal audience. Working with the raw footage of the speakers, I structured the cut using a series of high-impact visual elements:
• Dynamic Lettering and Typography: Consistent use of the Montserrat Bold font to create high-contrast subtitles and highlight keywords (such as "RECORDE", "AUMENTO", and the number *"140%"`).
• Rhythm and Dynamism: Application of strategic zooms (in/out), crops, and reframing on the speakers' footage to break static framing and ensure narrative fluidity.
• Motion Design and Graphic Elements: Integration of highlighted numbers (such as the total of 209 cases, split between the private and public sectors), sound effects (such as swooshes and mouse clicks) to mark data entries, and the event's official visual identity.
• Soundtrack and Closing: Synchronization with a modern, inspiring electronic/corporate soundtrack and an elegant closing featuring the FSB Holding logo with a blur effect.
For the launch and guidance of the four stages of the Mestra em Ação program—an initiative designed to encourage and reward the practical use of artificial intelligence in FSB Holding's daily operations—I developed the editing, visual rhythm, and art direction for the campaign videos.
Production Structuring:

The videos were created in a horizontal format (16:9) to guide employees through a gamified journey divided into four distinct phases, combining screen recordings (KimonoOS), appearances by the presenters (Ana Augusto and Michelle Paiva), and dynamic graphic elements:
• Visual Identity and Opening: Implementation of the official graphic identity (IDV Mestra), featuring logo animation and smooth transitions marked by sound effects (whooshes and soft hits).
• Editing and Dynamic Features: Extensive use of moving zooms, crops, and reframing on screen recordings to direct the viewer's focus precisely to action buttons (such as "Submit project", "Regulations", and the "Mestra em Ação Trophy").
• Lettering and Dynamic Subtitles: Creation of supporting on-screen text to highlight each stage's challenges ("Explain what you need", "Adjust the response", "Gather your materials", and "Take a deliverable to the end"), alongside crucial scoring warnings ("Attention! Without submission, points do not count").
• Visual Engagement (Gamification): Insertion of animated images of the prizes at stake (AirPods per stage and an iPhone for the overall ranking winner) to drive team participation.
