KENVUE | Town Hall
GRAPHIC DESIGN | PRINT | ENDOMARKETING | EVENT
The Town Hall was a major corporate event held by Kenvue (a Johnson & Johnson company) to present the strategic goals for 2024. My role was to ensure a cohesive visual experience by bridging the company's past achievements with its future vision.
Key deliverables:
Event Scenography: I designed large-format print assets for office decoration, including an "Instagrammable space" to encourage organic social media engagement among employees.
Employee Experience: I developed custom gifts, including a premium diary branded with the campaign theme "Dekola Brasil," featuring a clean yet vibrant design.
Executive Presentations: I created a comprehensive storytelling deck for multiple hosts using Google Slides. This involved applying Kenvue’s new global brand guidelines to ensure a unified narrative across all speeches.
Using Adobe Illustrator as my primary tool, I focused on creating a collaborative visual environment that reflected the company’s transition period and fostered employee alignment.
A key component of the event was the master presentation, designed to streamline complex information and effectively communicate Kenvue’s 2024 goals.

To foster a sense of unity, every host shared a consistent cover slide design, visually reinforcing the collaborative environment encouraged during this transition period.
I developed this unified storytelling structure—primarily using Google Slides—to ensure a seamless flow between speakers and their respective speeches.
