FSB Holding—the largest reputation management ecosystem in Latin America—launched a new creative division called IDEA. This internal initiative was specifically designed to bridge the communication gap and foster a stronger community among the designers within the company.
I played a key role within the IDEA team, producing diverse strategic initiatives, including:
Research & Insights: started in 2023, I conducted research to gather relevant content tailored to the design team’s needs. By identifying day-to-day challenges, I was able to propose design-led solutions that improved our internal workflows.
The IDEA Newsletter: launched in 2023, I was responsible for both the visual layout and the editorial curation. The newsletter covered graphic design trends, Artificial Intelligence, and featured a "Monthly Showcase" of our team’s best work.
2024 Strategic Proposals: based on the feedback gathered, I developed new solutions for 2024, using design as a tool to share knowledge and align all designers across the holding.
A Collaborative Creative Language to communicate effectively with professional designers, we needed a visual language that felt fresh and modern. Below, I share some of the results, starting with the newsletter.
This project was a collaboration with another talented designer on the team (Check her profile here). We prepared a layout that is fun and contemporary, ensuring high engagement with the creative team. The design was built to be flexible—ensuring information remains clear while allowing for visual variety so each edition feels unique.
For the new proposals for 2024 my job involves producing a presentation for the highest leadership, to show the main ideas and based on designers feedbacks. The presentation was thinked to carry the same design as the newsletter.

Using Microsoft Power Point adding images and forms to compose the covers according with the subject the presentation keeping it modern and capture attention. 
Building on the success of these internal initiatives, I was tasked with developing the Strategic Proposals for 2024. This involved creating a high-level presentation for senior leadership to showcase our main ideas and solutions based on the designers' feedback.
To maintain visual consistency across the IDEA brand, I adapted the modern and vibrant aesthetic of the newsletter into a professional deck. Using Microsoft PowerPoint, I combined custom imagery and geometric forms to create impactful covers for each subject. The goal was to ensure the presentation remained visually engaging and modern, effectively capturing leadership’s attention while presenting our technical roadmap for the year ahead.
