The FSB Holding agency, the largest and most complete Brazilian reputation management ecosystem in Latin America, created a new creative area called IDEA. This new internal area was created to communicate with designers within the company. I worked in the new IDEA area producing different types of things, as:
- Research, developed to gather content that would be relevant to these professionals, and their day-to-day
difficulties, to propose solutions, started in 2023;
- A newsletter, designed to bring content about graphic design, artificial intelligence and showcase the work done throughout the month. In addition to the layout, I also worked on curating each of the editorials and content, started in 2023;
- New proposals for 2024, using the feedbacks I work in solutions using design to share this with all the designers in the company.

With the aim of creating a new and creative way of communicating with these professionals, some of this work I share with you below.
Starting with the newsletter, it was made in collaborative with other designer in the team design (You can check her profile here) and was prepare to been fun and modern to perform efficiently with the creative team. The layout was made to have clear information but be flexible to not look always the same:
For the new proposals for 2024 my job involves producing a presentation for the highest leadership, to show the main ideas and based on designers feedbacks. The presentation was thinked to carry the same design as the newsletter.
Using Microsoft Power Point adding images and forms to compose the covers according with the subject the presentation keeping it modern and capture attention.

I also lead the creation of a primer, with the aim of solving a problem I encountered when I did the research, which was:
Designers reported some issue with non-designer colleagues, meaning communication between teams was having issues. My job was to build this online primer with design terms, answering questions like:
How to build a good briefing?
What are the main social media formats?
What is an editorial project and how do I know if my client needs one?

After analyze the informations I used Adobe InDesign to build the entire layout thinking in solve the problem and create a collaborative team.What are the main social media formats?
