KENVUE | SPIRIT DAY

Spirit Day Spirit Day was a key internal event designed to communicate Kenvue’s global positioning following its transition from Johnson & Johnson. My role was to develop a friendly and motivating visual identity that encouraged collaboration and fostered a positive atmosphere among employees.
The event took place at the Kenvue office with the goal of immersing the team in this new chapter of transformation. To bring this to life, I developed several key touchpoints:
Custom Peanuts Cart: featuring the Kenvue branding and a custom-designed "Somos Kenvue" (We are Kenvue) sticker, creating a welcoming and inclusive feel.
Interactive Props & Signage: I designed signs featuring the nickname "Kenvuer," which were used by employees for photos and social sharing, significantly boosting the sense of belonging.
By integrating these visual assets, we transformed the office into a comfortable and engaging environment, successfully putting everyone "in the spirit" of the new brand.
